Okay, I know I only live in Ohio and not in the southwest or anything, but it’s been hot, damn hot. It’s supposed to be 98 degrees this weekend. I will need to live in my pool and then cool off in the air conditioning. I am counting down the days until autumn begins. That is my absolute favorite time of year and it only has a little bit to do with the fact that my birthday is in September. Talking about counting down, I will officially be done with graduate school on August 1 st. Woo Hoo. This has been two years of major work and I am looking forward to the extra time I will have on my hands. With any luck this will give me plenty of time to write more books. I can only hope.

Lena and I have finally finished Lily’s Surrender. Yep, that’s right, we changed the title. We really like the new title and we absolutely love the story. This just may be the hottest book in the series. We just contracted the story with Loose Id and I have no idea of a release date yet, but look for it to come soon (ha, ha, play on words!).

Okay, I am going to be honest with you, with Lily’s story done and me just finishing graduate school we really have nothing in progress other than our werewolf book that has been sitting on the shelf for I can’t even tell you how long. We plan to get back to it soon. Really soon, I promise. In addition, Lena and I have a couple of ideas for some of the other River Bend characters. Wouldn’t you like to know who??? Oh well, I guess you’ll have to wait. I know, I’m evil. I need to be spanked.

Even though Adrian is a werewolf, he is just like every other playboy male, running scared from the woman who will get him to settle down. But when Kat comes looking for help Adrian knows he’s got to do everything he can to win her back. I love this book and I am looking forward to books on the rest of her characters.
