WELCOME

The summer is more than half over and I still haven’t put on a bathing suit.  Yeah! Instead I have been holed up in my office working on my stories.  See the Coming Soon section for all the news.  In other good news I’m involved in a big multi-author contest in August so check out all the goodies you can win.

My first college football game for the year will occur at the end of this month, officially propelling me into crazy football season.  Fall is on its way and I can’t wait. I received news that my Halloween story from Ellora’s Cave, Hankie Pankie, is being put into print.  I don’t have any specific details yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

In the Cards
IR/Paranormal

Forrest Jankowski is the oldest child in a family with paranormal abilities. After quitting his last gig as a fortune teller he takes a job in his sister’s health food café. Unfortunately this incurs the wrath of his sister’s only other employee, Josie Weston. The little spitfire believes he’s more of a hindrance than a help. But when he has a vision of Josie in trouble he needs to convince her that his powers aren’t just an act.

Josie has a five year plan, but her business dreams seem all but doomed now that Forrest is in the mix. The annoying man obstructs her at every turn, driving her crazy with his strange ways. He reads tarot cards and thinks he can see into the future. Her attraction to the handsome man only makes his presence all the more maddening.

When she begins to suspect his vision may have a basis in reality, she realizes her life might very well be in danger. Only when the two discover the depths of their feelings for one another will they know their love was truly in the cards after all.

This is the first story in what I hope will be a series of Fantasies Fulfilled.

I just put the finishing touches on a Christmas gift giving story for Loose Id entitled, Sexy Secret Santa. No release date yet, but I figure sometime in December.

Sexy Secret Santa
Loose Id

Molly Zaworski hasn’t caught the Christmas spirit this year, even though there is only one week until the holiday. She recently dumped her loser boyfriend and isn’t looking forward to celebrating alone. Dragged into the company gift exchange by her best friend, Molly soon discovers her Secret Santa is being more naughty than nice this year. For the three days prior to the company party on Christmas Eve she receives the usual benign presents, but those aren't all. Someone is leaving her naughty gifts that would make even Santa blush.

Josh Bachman has been interested in Molly since she started working for his company six months ago. Now that she’s free, he’s ready to declare his feelings for the plus sized beauty. Each day he leaves her a gift with a suggestive note, all designed to leave her hot, bothered and aching for more. He plans to ring in the New Year with Molly and he’s not going to let anything stand in his way.

“Tell me your fantasies.”

The engagement ring on Toni Eppard’s finger glinted in the illumination from the lamp on the bedside table. She looked down to study the disarming smile on the face of her fiancé Deacon Whitacre. She was so in love with this man she could hardly believe her good fortune.

She stroked her hand along his jaw, enjoying the feel of his scruffy five o’clock shadow beneath her fingers.

“Why the sudden interest in my fantasies?” Toni asked with curiosity.

“We’re going to be married. Is it strange I want to know all about you?”

“As if you don’t know enough.” If there was anyone in this world who knew her, it was Deacon. From childhood to adolescence he had been by her side. They had grown up together, been friends through high school, and even managed to stay in touch while attending separate colleges. It was no real surprise to anyone who knew them that they eventually found their way home and back to one another.

“There’s no such thing as enough.”

Laughing, she rolled onto her back and stretched her arms above her head, causing the sheet to slip dangerously low down her body. Only her hardened nipples kept the Egyptian cotton from fully exposing her.

“Do you want to know how I obsess over my monthly weight gain too?”

“Come on, maybe I can fulfill one or two of your fantasies. What do you say?”

“Well, sometimes I imagine you’re Brad Pitt. Do you think you could arrange to switch places with him?” She sat up suddenly, the sheet falling to her waist. “On second thought, the idea of you with Angelina gives me the creeps, so scratch that.”

“I ought to spank you.”

“Is that one of your fantasies?” She raised her eyebrows suggestively. “Or would you rather me spank you instead?” Sarcasm laced her tone and she had to struggle not to laugh again.

“Can’t you be serious?” He pulled her into his arms and she snuggled close, tracing her fingers across his chest.

“Of course I can. My fantasies…umm, let me think.” Actually, keeping this conversation in the joke arena was much easier than taking his question at face value. Revealing fantasies insinuated a level of trust she hadn’t had with any other man. It made their engagement seem all the more real, which was exciting and scary at the same time. Although they’d been friends since childhood, marriage was a big step. One neither of them would be willing to take unless they both were ready to stay together forever. Nevertheless, the idea of spending the rest of her life with one man was daunting. Thankfully she’d be spending it with the one man she felt the most comfortable with.

It wasn’t as if they hadn’t experimented in the bedroom. They both had a healthy sexual appetite and were compatible on so many levels. She’d teased him about the spanking, but they had actually tried some kinky stuff. It had been stimulating and pleasurable. But fantasies were those things she thought of but never expected to ever do. In fact, her fantasies were in the realm of those deep, dark forbidden things nice girls shouldn’t know anything about.

“Are you still awake?” Deacon asked, startling her from her musings.

“Yeah, just thinking.”

“Are you worried I’m going to get mad or something?”

“No, nothing like that. It’s just—” She sighed and snuggled closer, feeling secure when his arms tightened around her. “I don’t want you to think I’m some sort of crazy slut.”

“I would never think that.”

“Uh-huh. Just remember, you asked me.”

“I’ll remember. Now let’s hear something dirty.”

“You are such a perv.”

“I never tried to pretend different.”

Here goes nothing.

She took a deep breath and forged ahead. “You know how the majority of men fantasize about being with two women? Well, most women fantasize about being with two men.”

“And are you saying you’re like most women?”

“Uh-huh. The idea of two men giving me their undivided attention is a heady thought.”

While she spoke his hand stroked her naked back, sending shivers racing through her, although she wasn’t cold. When his caress reached the small of her back, he gripped her ass.

“Tell me how you imagine it.”
